SUPERVISORY AND CONTROL MONITORING
• HVAC control system (FAHU, AHU, FCU)(Schneider electric system)
• Generator, LV panel, Battery system, Fire fighting pump, exhaust fan
• Fire Alarm panel operation (Edwards system)
• Lift controlling
• Lighting Control
• Testing and commissioning of BMS DDC panel controllers and field devices
• Preventive maintenance of DDC panels, controllers, modules and field devices
• Technical service and operation maintenance for the BMS and HVAC Control systems
• Changing HVAC parameter setting depending up on weather /instructions
• Monitoring and trouble shooting fire alarm devices like smoke detectors, heat detector, manual pull stations and fire suppression system FM -200
• Log in information records distribute to management as required
• Capable to read BMS /DDC / FCU /MEP wiring drawings
• Interface and coordination with subcontractors for repair and maintenance, monitoring and scheduling the annual maintenance
• Contacts subcontractors during an emergency situations
• Maintenance and operations of HVAC control systems (FAHU, FCU, AHU)
• Good communication skills in both writing and speaking in English
