Project Description
Enterprise Order Manager (EOM) is a middle-tier system that functions as an Enterprise Application Integration Server. EOM performs the following functions:
• Decomposes complex orders into the most basic components
• Manages the workflow in order to provision each component
• Transforms Service Orders from a generic telecom structure to an MCI specific structure
• Manages product and service dependencies
Roles and Responsibilities in the Project:
As a Team Member, I was responsible for
• Understanding the project requirements for each release
• Initial analysis for the requirements and preparing of Design document
• Preparation of test data
• Concentrating on product quality with speed and accuracy
• Preparation of estimations and test plans for the developed application
• Contributing to production with minimum number of defects
• Done analysis of the defect and code fix for the same, if needed
• Provided training to team members regarding a Health Check up tool that we developed for reducing the manual work while reflowing the Orders as a part of our internal testing
• Maintained proper email and verbal communication with client and team members.
