To make Techno-commercial offer of Industrial fans for HVAC sector for various type of industries Oil
Refineries, Metallurgical Industries, Process Industries like Pharma, Agro & other business establishment
like malls & office building.
Study Project's (Bill of Quantities & Schedules) & Prepare Selection, Quotation/Estimation of
products as per customer requirements along with assistance of Value Engineering and Production
Support.
Review the Project's documents (HVAC specification & Concept) & developing solutions for product
applications.
Selection of optimum fan configuration based on input parameters of problem definition and Selection of
Isolator Sound calculation, drive pulley selection for various fans using Kruger's fan selector
Software \[Computerized fan selection Program\].
Prepare Technical Data Sheet Submittals and contact HVAC Consultants for Product
update/approval.
Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
Receiving Order from customers & Placing Order to factory with delivery schedule follow-up as per site
requirement.
Work with Engineering Department to develop scope for enhancement on existing products and also
arrangement of GAD as per customer requirement.

S Responsible for achieving the target assigned from year to year.
S Carryout company registration with End user; Prepare designs, data sheets, offers, presentations and follow up
there on orders.
S Maintain regular enquiry reports/register (i.e.CRM;DASH BOARD) and timely submission. Timely submission
of all MIS.
S Techno- commercial discussions with customers and all sales activities to ensure the assigned target.
S Coordination with factory for the delivery of the orders brought in.
S Identify Consultants, vendor registration, regular follow up meetings, presentation and to check for new
projects.
S Strict control on payment terms, payment collection and Guarantee documents (if any) on behalf of company.
S Assistance and participation towards marketing events like advertisement, conference, exhibitions and seminars.
S Maintain good relationship with Customer in order to improve the business.

S Maintaining the Zero inventories at customer site.
