• Sourcing Oil & Gas professionals such as Skilled Technicians, IT Professionals Drilling Supervisors, Mechanical Engineers, Instrumentation control Engineer, HSE Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Drilling engineers, MD Advisor and Drilling Supervisors for the client ZADCO, ADCO, ADMA, ADGAS and other ADNOC subsidiary companies.
•Handled across technologies/software skills and recruited IT/Non- IT professionals at all levels
•Ensure annual and sick leave absences are updated on a monthly basis and appropriate absence forms, medical certificates are received from employees.
•Receive and process staff expense claims relevant to HR.
•Demonstrated success in creating a shared vision, developing right mix of people, enhancing career growth, and influencing Stakeholders to further team growth.
•Manage the exit process and all related administration activity
