• Planning Drive Routes providing DT request, , creating TAB files, Co-ordinating with field engineers for RF survey and optimization walk at indoor and outdoor venues .
• Detailed analysis of post drive test data using Actix analyzer, identify and troubleshoot missing neighbors, failed Inter & Intra Handover, coverage holes, areas of no dominance, NUFs, overshooting sites, parameter inconsistency etc.
• Detailed analysis of VolTE, LTE and CSFB dropped calls, call setup failures, poor DL and UL throughputs and recommendation of parameters changes in RNC and eNodeBs .
• Check the Recommendations given by analyzer for Small cell Optimization to meet the agreed KPI Thresholds .
• Suggest various changes metro cell grid/gateway system power, profile change and also for LTE macro sites like antenna azimuth, tilt (electrical and mechanical), height
• Process & analyze drive test; Suggest physical (tilt, height etc) & database (Parameters, neighbor list tuning etc) changes.
