• Up gradation of PLATE HEAT EXHANGERS
• Planning and scheduling the job according to client requirement.
• Co ordination with clients for releasing the exchanger for up gradation and PSSR (Pre start up safety review) and commissioning.
• Ensure site personnel follow the safety & quality assurance system & assist in target of site personnel in QHSE system.
• Checking & Issue of Isometrics (P&ID Check, Line Routing, Support Check, Special requirement check etc.).
• Preparation of Comments on the Vendor Documents (Equipment Drawing, Support Drawing)
Coordinated with other engineers in the proper storage, preventative maintenance and cleaning of exchanger titanium plates before installation and commissioning
• Assessed effectiveness of exchanger system or designs and reported to management; suggested necessary improvements.
• Check the materials missing in the site and take proper actions. Documentation of missing materials, problem list and daily report. attend the Punch list.
• Coordination of vendors with the installation supervisors.
• Trouble shooting and eliminate the errors with proper actions.
• Check the installation of the titanium plates with the designed drawings.
• Quality is concerned as major criteria, so confirm it in every stage of installation of plates and its respective accessories.
Involved as Mechanical Supervisor for maintenance of Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Fractionating Columns and various types of pipe lines, also maintenance of Rotary valve, Fluff sylo, Tube replacement on Ethylene Furnace during the shut down in Q Chem 1&2 (RLOC)
Involved as Mechanical Supervisor for PMP Projects in QATAR GAS in this field I did fabrication and erection of various types of underground piping, cement lines, stainless steel piping, Duplex and Inconnell piping etc.
Involved as Mechanical Supervisor for Upgrade of instrument air compressors at GD Stations and associated pipe lines in QATAR PETROLEUM

Involved as Site in charge for revamping of Distillation Columns and Vacuum Columns and installation of high capacity trays and internals in vessels and columns during shut down in BPCL-Kochi Refinery
Involved as Site in charge for tendering, scheduling, planning, executing, quality controlling of various types of mechanical jobs and civil and structural jobs in BPCL-Kochi Refinery with EIL, FEDO, etc..
• Involved as a Mechanical Foreman in LBOP Project in BAHRAIN PETROLEUM (BAPCO) Manama, Bahrain.In this field I did structural erections, erection of Heaters, Exchanger, various types of pipe lines etc, installation of Boilers and Reactors
• Involved as Supervisor in Piping Fabrication, Erection and Maintenance of Heat Exchangers, Air Fin Coolers, fuel storage tanks and different types of shut down and maintenance jobs in BPCL-Kochi Refinery
• Involved as Site Engineer for Piping Jobs, Maintenance, and Testing of Heaters, Boilers, Heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, FCC Re-Generation Systems, erection and commissioning of pumps and compressors etc., different types of shut down jobs in Petro Chemical Industries, Maintenance jobs of Piping, Kort nozzles etc. at Cochin Shipyard Ltd., Kochi.
• Involved as site in charge for fabrication, erection and pressure testing of high pressure cement and mud lines in Rig(JUR and MODU) and repair and maintenanceof Bow thrust tunnel, Kort nozzle in Cochin Shipyard Ltd.
• Involved in commissioning assistance team for pipe racking systems in MODU SAGAR BHUSHAN at off shore Visakhapatnam under consultant of NOV(National Oil well Varco).
Involved in maintenance of Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Boilers, oerhauling of Compressors and various types of Pumps.
Involved in maintenance of water treatment plant
• Involved as Supervisor in Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of Project Piping, Plant piping at BPCL-Kochi Refinery. with consultants like EIL and FEDO.
