• Conduct all activities in accordance with SHE procedure and abides by safe working practices.

• Coordinate with vendor for overhauling and various technical issues of critical rotating equipment if require. Steam Turbine, Compressor (Reciprocating, Screw & Centrifugal type), Centrifuge, Multi stage Pumps Special Blower (Lobe type) etc.
• Review machinery spares & tools for upgrades.
• To prepare scope of repair for the maintenance of rotating equipment.

1. Yanbu National Petrochemical Co-YANSAB. (A SABIC Affiliate)
I was responsible for rotary equipments activities of Olefin plant (one of the World's largest Gas Cracker Plant, the heart of the complex) and Ethylene Glycol plant.
• Provide technical support to operation for improving rotary machine reliability.
• Single line critical machinery surveillance and monitoring performance parameters through PWIMS and Bently Nevada system.
• Carries out diagnostic checks to identify root causes of mechanical problems through RCA methodology.
• Discusses RCA results with the superintendent / manager and makes recommendations on actions required. Prepares and files investigation reports on findings to avoid reoccurrences.
• Surveys and analyzes the condition of rotating equipment and associated equipment using a condition monitoring program.
• Single line critical machinery health related report issue to manager with highlighted action require on machine. Prepare the database for the RCM using meridium software.
• Maintains and updates equipment histories. Identifies operation trends, takes vibration signatures and files data.
• Vibration Measurement & Diagnosis: To analyze & pin point the root cause of vibration. All single line critical equipments are equipped with Bentley Nevada make snapshot series condition monitoring system.
• Review the vendor scope of work and coordinating with vendor for post commissioning vendor support of Yansab rotary equipments.
• Actively participated in FSI program during plant erection.
• Successfully commissioned the oil mist system of LCS in Olefins and EG-1 plant.
• To check alignment of critical equipment by "db PRUFTECHNIK AG" make "ROTALIGN Commander" (Laser beam alignment technique)
I was actively involved in erection and commissioning activity of critical rotating machinery like Turbine, Compressor, Multistage pump, Expander, Fan of olefin and Ethylene Glycol plant. Successfully start up of CGC, C3R, C2R critical single line rotary equipment of Olefin plant and Recycle Gas Compressor/ Turbine, Reclaim compressor of EG-1 plant.

I was involved with the plant since erection stage and activity participated in Erection, Pre-Commission, Commissioning & Stabilization activity of plant. That results in obtaining the on-spec product at the shortest time.
• Practical execution of Planning & Maintenance activity Conduct tool box talk prior to commencing work.
• As a part of process maintenance, I was engaged in maintenance activities of all types of plant equipments and sole responsibility of preventive maintenance of Rotary Equipments.
• Preparation of "Spare Parts Manuals" for the procurements of spares of Rotating Equipment like Compressors, Centrifuge, Blowers, pumps
• Day to day plant maintenance & Trouble shooting.
• Developing & implementing overhauling checklists, maintenance procedure, PM, CM checks list & equipment handling & safety related check list for plant.
• Plant auditing for safety and reliability point of view as well as Prestart up Safety Review audit (PSSR) during new equipment commissioning.
• Spares management and manpower planning.

• Certification of contractor bills, Annual maintenance budget preparation and justification, preparation of monthly maintenance progress reports and vendor development.
• Maintenance & overhauling of major rotating equipment like Integrated gear type compressor, Expander, Centrifugal pump, Sundyne pump, Rotary vacuum filters, Screw conveyors, Dryers, Rotary valves, Centrifuges, Agitators, Mech-seals, Gearboxes, Planetary & Cycloid gearbox, all kind of process valves. Diaphragm compressors for Hydrogen & Nitrogen.
• Sulzer Burckhardt (Switzerland) makes vertical (Labyrinth type) Reciprocating Oxygen Compressors commissioned for Air Separation plant.
• Ingersoll-Rand India makes Horizontal Compressors for H2 & N2 services at VCM plant.
Supervisory/Management: • Have got excellent man management skills and the ability to finish the assigned jobs well within time limit or even before time, taking care of both quality & safety aspects.
• Having capability to work as a team as well as a Team Leader.
• Worked as Superintendent and controlled a work force of 2 Assistant Managers, 16 Technicians & 20 Riggers.

• Taken part in the de-bottle necking of Reliance Refinery at Jamnagar, which was completed in a record time of 40 days.
• Successfully carried out de-bottlenecking of the MEG plant by taking performance trial tests for all critical pumps thus obtaining essential data to justify greater running efficiency.
