Presently working as Production Supervisor-UHT/FRESH since May 2022 to till date. The company is handling more than 2, 00, 000 liters of Milk/Beverages per day and producing a wide range of products like UHT Milk various types(Full, Low, Skimmed), Flavored milk, Fresh milk, Laban, Breakfast cream, Yoghurt, various type Cheese, Fruit Juices & Fruit juices like Mango, Mixed Fruit, Orange juices etc. We have 5 lines including 2 UHT lines (CB112 & CB312 Filler), Yoghurt, Fresh Milk and Juice line.
Also we are carrying out co-packing activities for Almarai- Saudi Arabia, Carrefour- Dubai & Jordan, Al-Rawabi- Dubai & Oman, Spinney's-Dubai, Al-ain, Marmum, etc.
Job Objectives:
• Proper production supervision -Team leader at the plant
• Day to day process evaluation and continuous improvement of UHT Processing.
• Ensuring enough manpower is effective across the section.
• Supervise UHT operations in accordance with plant policies & procedures.
• Ensure achievement of daily shift production targets and performance.
• Ensure the Auto- Process is handled with a consistently high level & care.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Carrying out regular activities includes; General operation, continuous improvement activities.
• Optimize process, plant utilization, control & minimize the wastage of materials, product, consumables & chemicals to maximize the contribution to profitability of the operation.
• Maintains Production Procedures and helps to update HACCP, Sanitation procedures, safety and hygiene at the plant.
• Train employees to focus and follow smooth work methods and Procedures.
• Working as FS Team member for FSSC-22000 & ISO 9001-2015, involved in all External, Internal audits.
• Handling all Production activities, implementation & follow up of GSO requirements for local & exports all over GCC & African countries.
• Ensures that the production of products meets or exceed efficiency and the company quality Standards. Besides ensuring that the facilities and processes conform to GMP Standards by managing quality System & Documents.
• Implements existing production recipe and makes adjustments as necessary to produce products within specification.
• Ability to take technical decisions on a regular basis.
• Achieving the immediate and short term objectives laid down by Production Manager.

• Executing the entire production process on time.
• Achieve the cost saving on plan.
• Support activities aimed to achieve Quality Objectives
• Implemented the regular traceability of each and every variety of the running product.
