Generate Weekly, Monthly reports pertaining to HSE.Conduct HSE meets with Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators.
Conduct HSE Meet with Drivers. Incident Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action checking, Preventive Action Advising.
Conducting various Emergency Mock-up Drills.
Actively participate in company’s Internal Audit process.
Conduct activities such as Fire Extinguisher / First Aid Box checks on a monthly basis.
Update Registers on Lost Time Injuries/ Accidents/ Incidents/ Near Misses. Actively participate in all client’s HSE seminars/ workshops/ trainings.
Conducting HSE trainings such as Fire Fighting, First Aid, etc.
Try to Complete all HSE targets set by the company.
make accident free environment, tbt, induction, monthly -weekly meeting, safety documentation, accident incident investigation- reporting.
