Tanjung Jati B Coal Fired Power Plant Re-Expansion Project (2x1000 MW), Indonesia, (Jul 2019 - Apr 2022)
- Steered the re-expansion of Tanjung Jati B coal-fired power plant, with an agenda to add 2-1000MW ultra-supercritical
units, aiming to create the biggest thermal power station in Indonesia with total installed capacity of 4640MW.
- Maximized PGM (Project Gross Margin) by 12% since association with project
- Optimized project budget worth USD $500 million; collaborated with subcontractors with a contract value up to USD
$50M, and coordinated with 12 vendors, monitored progress, and reviewed payments.
- Successfully negotiated change order of USD $2M from Client for additional efforts.
- Minimized the overall TFA (Technical Field Advisor) services cost from various vendors by cumulatively by 10%.
- Successfully negotiated additional works in lieu of BOQ reduction with subcontractor which resulted in savings of ~5%
of contract value against base value.
- Construction Management & Construction Indirect (CMCI) analysis to optimize EAC to increase profitability.

Indian Oil LNG Regasification Project (5MMTPA), Chennai, India, (Dec 2015 - Jun 2019)
- Spearheaded project planning, delay analysis, resource analysis, and development acceleration plan, and commissioned
the project in 2019, which significantly contributing to India’s goal of raising the share of natural gas to 15% by 2030.
- Led the coordination for completion of the for Captive Power Plant System including 3x9.27Mw Rolls Royce Gas Engines, WHRUs, and Control Building. Coordinated Marine Erection works including LNG Unloading Arms, Knock
Out Drum and Deluge valve houses erection.
- Evaluated cost recovery mechanism from Consortium partner for engaging with subcontractors on their behalf, resulting
in 10% reduction in contract value for the related scope of work.
