• A competent HSE Officer with 6.10 year Exp of accomplished career track in onshore and
offshore construction activities such as civil works, erection and dismantling of scaffolding,
erection of equipment, piping’s, structural’s, blasting and painting, insulation and fireproofing
Tunnel, Road, Bridge, Underpasses, Power Project, Oil and Gas Industry.
• Good understanding of Health Safety and Environment / Control of HSE Issues of
Refinery and other EPC projects.
• A proven performer who moves easily from vision to strategy to implementation and
follow through.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & team building skills with the ability to work
in a fast paced environment.

Implementation of the HSE policy and program.
• Preparation of Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis, Application Procedure and
Emergency Rescue Plan
• Hazard observation & corrective action
• Research & studies for the improvement of safety in the yard, workshop and site
• Conduct orientation and training program for employees.
• Providing continue education to employees.
• Prepares & submits incident/accident reports, investigates & study the Root
Cause
And then recommends corrective measures to decrease their frequency &
prevents
Reoccurrence.
• Documentation and record keeping of all activities.
• Participation and suggestions in weekly Zero Accident Team Meeting
• Conduct daily Tool Box Meeting to the workforce.
• Supervising the procurement & distribution of PPE.
• Participation in weekly joint safety audit and daily safety manager site walk down.
• Periodically inspection of tools & other safety related equipment.
• Conducting fire fighting training..
Job Responsibility for Fire:-
Triangle of Fire, Types of Fire, Causes of Fire, Media of Extinguishing of Fire, Features of
Extinguishing Fire.
To arrange training programs for company employees. Fire fighting, Fire prevention, Fire
detection system etc.
Handling of any type of fire, Evacuation plan, rescue plan, Salvage etc.
Periodical check of Fire detection, Fire prevention and Fire fighting equipments.
