Working as IT Manager in group of supermarkets and handling 30+ supermarkets, 2 shopping malls, 2 Restaurants and 3 warehouses.
• Handling all the software’s installed in company like POS software, Inventory software, H.R. Software, software for PDT and Accounts Software and responsible for all the software changes in Group.
• Plan, coordinate and design IT activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department
• Managing company domains hosting and email services from google.
• Communicate regularly with management team to create solutions that achieve business opportunities and demands.
• Handling the banks for visa card machines, installation of visa card machines and negotiating for good competitive rates.
• Handling Etisalat and Du Card Purchase and ensuring the best market rates.
• Server Installation (Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012), configuration of desktops and laptops, networking, installation of POS System, CCTV installation, PABX or IPBX, UPS, Antivirus, Disaster Recovery, Backup Solutions, Weighing Scales and all the other installations.
• Handling Inventory software and managing centrally and making sure all the records are updated in central system from all the supermarkets. Managing all the central reports which is helpful to increase the business and negotiation with suppliers for BDA, Display Agreement and to take all other support from suppliers. Reports help to purchase items locally and import from several countries. Looking for all the centrals reports which making work easy for team and growth of company.
• During setup of new supermarket providing the sales by location wise which help company to set the planogram of supermarket and to make orders for new supermarket. With this data, it’s easy to open a market and keep only moving items which help in cost managing and space saving.
• All the warehouse and supermarkets are managed by PDT which making work easy for all the staff and with the 0 error in stock, which helping to finish the jobs on daily basis.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System.
• Ensure that application meet business requirement and system goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues
• Preparing all the reports according to the management requirement and ensuring all the reports will help to management to increase the business and profitability of company.
• Responsible for taking stock of all supermarkets annually and taking stock of fresh categories quarterly to ensure healthy profit of supermarket.
• Buying all the computer accessories, all the products related to IT.
• Handling all the Computer Hardware & Network administration.
• Supervise the Programs/job to the New Persons.
