helping dashboard and operations teams manage media-processing tasks without direct database or file
system dependency.
• Reduced manual DB recovery effort by ~75% by building an inventory reconciliation flow that scans storage
folders, validates media files, and restores missing PostgreSQL metadata after recovery or database recreation.
• Improved reliability of high-concurrency FTP/FTPS/SFTP uploads by using JMeter load-test results to identify
executor saturation, queue pressure, and timeout issues, then resolving throughput bottlenecks in the
ingestion workflow.
• Led migration of 30+ backend modules from Spring Boot 2.7 to 3.5 and Java 17 with zero production
downtime, while upgrading security, persistence, API documentation, and dependency configurations without
breaking existing workflows.
• Updated OAuth2/OIDC and JWT security to Spring Security 6 using SecurityFilterChain, JwtDecoder, OAuth2
client, and role-based access control, improving compatibility with the Spring Boot 3.5 platform.
• Built a rule-based Email/SMS notification system with configurable frequency, recipient resolution, and
message templates, reducing hard-coded alert logic and giving dashboard users more control over event-based
notifications.
• Integrated Twilio, SendGrid, and Gmail SMTP into the notification system to support configurable Email/SMS
delivery channels.
