➢ Leads a team of two HR executives in providing HR services to 180 employees in Gondia
& Bengaluru.
➢ HR Operations & Strategic Business Partnering:
o Supports & aligns with the GM, Accountable Manager, HoT and other stakeholders to
develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational & people effectiveness.
o Initiates HR process transformations, organizational cultural integrations, and policy
formation & implementation
o Conducts Performance Management reviews, OKRs, and Talent Compass Reviews
o Teams up with Finance on Annual Budgets and annual Manpower planning
o Facilitates an End-to-End employee life cycle.
➢ Hiring and Onboarding/ Offboarding:
o Has a successful track record of hiring several pilots, engineers, ATC officers, and other
aviation-related professionals for a large, remotely located flying training organization
under challenging market conditions
o Continuously improves hiring strategies, initiates recruitment drives, and conducts
contract negotiations, exit interviews, and F&F procedures.
o Creates regular Attrition Analysis, and continuously improves retention strategies.
➢ Employee Training & Development:
o Conducts Leadership Training, drives organizational cultural change, and trains
employees on organizational values.
o A certified SuccessFinder Assessment administrator.
➢ Employee Support & Employee Engagement:
o Handles employee grievances, ER issues, disciplinary cases and administrative
inquiries.
o HRIS (Workday) specialist.
o Coordinates efforts to adhere to Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, Minimum wages,
POSH, Labour Law stipulations).
o Handles career management & progression of employees and guides employee
development programs.
o Manages engagement surveys, tools & scores (Officeleap), with deep dives to identify
areas for improvement.
o Initiates group activities and health & wellness initiatives to promote employee welfare.
➢ Key Achievements:
o Appointed Diversity & Inclusion Champion for CAE’s APAC Region - drives
initiatives at the Regional level.
o Designed key initiatives at the Regional level to support DE&I, including key talent
acquisition actions for individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, to
support a broader retention and engagement strategy.
o Supports Global Mobility - manages movements of expatriate employees.
o Key stakeholder to the COVID global initiatives at a regional level.
