Partner with Hiring Managers and Etihad Recruiters to ensure they are hiring the best talent in the market
place in order to deliver against key metrics; Time to Hire, Direct hiring & Candidate satisfaction.
* Proactively source and screen for the commercial, operational and technical (Engineering) business areas,
identifying new sources such as Job portals (Naukrigulf, Monstergulf, Abu Dhabi Jobs, Tawteen), social networks
(LinkedIn, Employee Referrals) and agencies.
* Conducting Behavioral Interviews for entry to senior level professionals for commercial, operations and technical
roles.
* Organizing and participating in high volume assessment days for Etihad Contact Centers, Revenue
Management teams, Etihad Ground roles, Cadet Pilot both on on-campus and off-campus locations.
* Partner with Learning & Development taking full accountability for the recruitment administration and
candidate management of Etihad’s Graduate Management Development Programme.
* Provide the business with regular and ad-hoc reports based on time to hire, agency vs direct, time to offer, application
flow, interviews booked in and interview to offer ratios.

As a generalist HR professional I handled day to day HR activities including recruitment, induction, new staff training,
payroll, employee welfare, employeeattendance, leavemanagementand administration.
Cut average cost-per-hire by 25% by introducing portal hiring.

Responsibilities included, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting eligible candidates from portals (Naukri.com,
monster.com, TimesJob.com), data base - Abacus, job fairs for across locations in the ITES/BPO business of
Accenture. Main area of hiring was for the Accenture Finance Service division. Analyzing and creating healthy pipeline
of candidate s to achieve monthly targets. Report management - Monthly target report, attrition data, and new hire reports.
