1. Responsible for Handling right from design /Quoting for the HVAC Project/s to the handover.
2. Lead a team of Quantity Surveyor, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, draughtsman, MEP
Coordinators, for successful booking of the project/s.
3. Reviewing Tender Documents, specification, Basis of Design and drawings so as to Determine
the scope of work and require content to prepare accurate and efficient materials and labor
Estimates on all project stages..
4. Assist the Project/s Team commercial department with defining final scope of HVAC system.
5. Manage relation with existing clients, consultants and local authority for effective
implementation of project /s
Activities to the highest standards and to the utmost satisfaction of the management.
6. Techno-Commercial Discussions with Clients and Consultants
7. Review and approval of designs, drawings, standard and specifications, B.O.Q s, work
Programs etc.
8. Attending pre-tender meeting, pre-tender site visit and technical meetings with Sales team.
9. Participate in Senior Team meetings where MEP department issues/contributions and actions
are required.
