1. Responsible for the “Order Processing Management” and “Sales Support” through the whole sales and delivery cycle in the Middle East.

8. Arranging and conducting appropriate training for the team in accordance to organizational / business requirements
9. Doing regular customer visits along with CLO team to enhance the customer relation/ confidence and to offer quality service.

1. Manage the DC Operations of Middle East
2. Ensure all the key Logistics KPI’s are met 100% in Warehouse operations
3. Manage the physical flows through the organization of receiving, replenishment & shipping, according to the objectives of safety and agreed delivery schedules.
4. Optimize resources to meet objectives in terms of level of safety and service, costs, and manage budgets
5. Implement the EHS policy of the QSE insuring the compliance with the objectives of the Warehouse especially in terms of security, quality and environmental impact
6. Lead projects to increase warehouse efficiency and utilization of space to the optimum
7. Build dashboards and indicators in order to animate performance of the team. Identify actions for improvement and share best practices.
8. Recruit, develop and manage the team. Ensure the transfer of expertise and know-how and implement organizational changes.
9. Optimize docks management according to the activity and to the transport plan, and by following the safety standards.

1. To manage the human resources of the department, ie identify and recruit staff in order to maintain the level required by the team, prepare and follow-up training and backup plans.
2. To increase productivity of the department.
3. To identify shortages and peaks of capacity and implement appropriate actions plans.
4. To ensure operators work in a safe environment with proper tools and work instructions.
5. To maximize QS and follow-up availability of components with logistics.

6. To work in close collaboration with Sales Admin and Logistics in terms of delivery issues/ capacity problems.
