• Increasing the brand awareness and contributing to the long-term passenger growth of the Airport.
• Database management and the development of new effective communication systems and solutions.
• Liaising with PR to ensure an integrated communications approach.
• Managing corporate events, route launches, exhibitions and corporate hospitality.
• Working with third parties such as tourist boards, government bodies and relevant organisations to increase joint activities and awareness.
• Successfully launching a Premier PA Club and devising a communication strategy for increased engagement, brand and product awareness.
• Maintaining, updating company PA website and developing online PA communications
• Planning, managing and co-ordinating PA familiarisation/educational trips.
• Working with external designers, print and promotional merchandise suppliers to ensure brand guidelines were adhered to.
• Producing monthly and bi-monthly newsletters.
• Manage the organisation of the event, including budgeting and sponsorship procurement, for the Airport’s annual Air Show and Fun Day (20, 000 + visitors)
• Jet Centre Activity marketing account management which includes the development and production of literature, interactive CD’s, corporate hospitality organisation and attending trade exhibitions on the companies behalf.
• Merchandise procurement and fulfilment management.
