Facilities Management and coordination of MEP Services & Special Systems for Residential,
Commercial Buildings & Ware Houses
• Supervise the timely delivery of Facility Management Services at site meeting all
obligations and delivering to the customer satisfaction. To oversee complete hard and soft
services requirement of the facility as per the service agreement. Manage site team to
deliver the daily services as per the agreement.
• Supervised a crew of 20 technicians & 15 Cleaners to maintain the facility management
Facilities Supervising of MEP Services & Special Systems for Residential & Commercial Buildings • Maintaining of all types of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical & SSM. • Site operations & preventive maintenance along with troubleshooting various systems breakdown during corrective maintenance with a mobile team. • Conduct weekly/ as required tool box meetings in order to increase their awareness of various topics e.g. checklists of preventive measures, work permits, firefighting, first aid, Safety, interaction with customers, incidents, working conditions of tools issued, etc. • Evaluate existing systems -by checking reports and performance of equipment’s and report to the technical team, To prevent purchase of the same defective equipment (if any) for future projects Equipment’s month end reports by maintenance company • Coordinating with other subcontractors and suppliers. • Implement regular inspection in all facilities areas within campus for recreational purposes to ensure activities are conducted safely and appropriately. • Execute open, close, and secure facilities at mentioned times and check for safety and maintenance concerns • Develop all activity sites with necessary materials for efficient, safe, and service-oriented events. • Compile hourly user statistics and prepare all staff reports, facility issues, participant concerns, injuries and incidents. • Maintain facility and records to ensure compliance with company standards and all federal, state and local regulatory agencies. • On site implementation of health and safety regulations to ensure safe working conditions and a safe working environment, to reduce risks, incidents and accidents • Report accidents and incidents • Investigate accidents and incidents to ensure preventative steps are taken • Arranging materials as per site requirements. • Preparing quotations as per the variable jobs • Preparing Monthly reports & forwarding to the client for reviewal • Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction in the number of business partner complaints
