Pre RecruitmentActivities:
• Planning and managing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process across all levels
and functions.
• Hands on experience in recruiting talents for PAN INDIA for the entire junior, Middle &
Senior profile in the company.
• Design the job descriptions as per the specifications provided by the Managers/HOD's/
Director.
• Responsible for handling multiple requirements to fill by conducting full service recruiting
functions including posting, screening, sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and referring
candidates.
• Taking HR round of interview i.e. ASK (Attitude, Skills & Knowledge), judge suitability of
the candidates with reference to work culture & environment, salary negotiations,
counselling candidates for compensation and extended Offers Letters to the selected
candidates.
• Talent acquisition (Sourcing and Closure) of Junior, Middle and Senior level for PAN India
within stipulated TAT for various verticals / functions through various talent (Sourcing
Tools such as Head Hunting, Job portals, LinkedIn, Campus Placement, Data banks,
References, Advertisements, Social Media, Vendors Partner etc.)
• Ensure optimum utilization of all recruitment channels available.
• Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
Post Recruitment Activities:
♦ Responsible for all joining formalities of the new employees.
♦ Follow up for pending documents
♦ Maintaining MIS for:
o Recruitments
o New Joiners
o Induction & Training
o Confirmations
o Appraisals
o Resignations
o Vendor
o Exit
♦ Issuing pay slips for employees.
♦ Issuing the Salary Revision letters and Salary Certificates.
♦ Handling Confirmations across India.
♦ Handling Full and Final Settlement
♦ Creating and maintaining progress reports for daily, weekly andmonthly.
♦ Shared entire monthly recruitment report (Position vacant, Position close, Offer raised and
Joined)
♦ Continuo's follow up with the candidate till he joins.
♦ Handling Reference Check / Ex-Employee verification
