Project Officer - Operations and Performance Improvement Team (OPIT) - Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) Department (NMED) - (Jan 2023 till date)
• Part of a team responsible for patient flow improvement, reduced wait times, increased capacity and efficiency, enhanced patient satisfaction and providing highest quality of care for specialties like ENT, Ophthalmology and Urology.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and support the team with various operational activities.
• Wrote first draft SOP for clinic blocking and unblocking with an objective of streamlining the process across the specialty clinics and manage issue pertaining to appointments and rescheduling.
• Provide training to the new as well as the existing OPD clerks on a regular basis.
• Act as liaison between Call Centre and RBMS with regards to slots, referrals, cancelling and rescheduling of patient’s appointments.
• Frequent visit to the OPD to ensure clerks performance are at par with the objectives and goals set for them.

• Worked in close collaboration with Director of Nursing/ Education leads across 14 facilities/ hospitals in HMC on various projects.
• Member of the NMED Teaching & Learning Board (TLB), a governance structure and quality assurance for nursing and midwifery continual professional development (CPD) educational activities.
• Worked closely with the TLB Board in establishing Key performance indicators (KPIs) for all the programs.
• Created internal Quality assurance dashboard and shared reports and graphs with the Senior Leadership team on a regular basis.
