A strategic Business Partner enabling the business to achieve its objective of hire, retain and enable people to drive for higher performance. Be focal point facilitating relationship between employees and managers; build strong business relations with internal client; coordinating strategically with the central HR team.

Responsibilities
•Manage all aspects of HR processes with focus on workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Performance Management, Organizational Development and change management.
•Involved in organizational restructuring;create organization charts; Identify gaps, propose & implement changes necessary for the business unit
•Recruit for assigned entity/specific positions/confidential searches; liaison with the department managers and General Managers to understand vacancy briefs, sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing top-quality candidates.
•Develop manpower planning for the unit.
•Conduct job analysis & prepare job description for vacant & exiting positions.
•Be the focal point for payroll queries; input data for monthly payroll; involved in yearly increments/promotions/transfers/incentives meetings.
•Manage pre & post onboarding activities for new joiners.
•Conduct Induction for new joiners; manage probation review meetings & confirmations.
•Attend Career fairs to attract UAE Nationals to our job opportunities.
•Conduct exit interviews with employees to gather information and provide opportunities to act on feedback
•Advice employees on HR related enquiries to ensure appropriate discussions and actions take place
•Support line managers to conduct disciplinary meetings and investigations in line with legislative and company guidelines.
•Handle employee grievances & suggest appropriate recommendations.
•Handle Performance management - assist HODs in setting yearly objectives & in conducting yearend assessments.
•Conduct training & development need analysis in consultation with Line Managers & coordinate with Learning & Development team to design trainings as per the needs of the entity.
•Drive employee engagement activities across the business unit
•Be involved in HR projects spread across the group

•Handled Job analysis exercise for 5 entities with industries ranging from manufacturing to retail. Documented JDs for skilled & Executive level positions
•Manage Organizational restructuring of a unit, involved in Business process improvement discussion & further actions.
•Drafted terms & conditions for recruitment agency; centralized the engagement of recruitment agency bringing in efficiency and cost control.
•Introduced process and procedure for hiring of interns.
•Handpicked for the Tawteen -Injaz initiative (Onthejob training for UAE Nationals)
•Suggested Centralization of Sub contractors’ services, which was successfully implemented
•Team member for preparation/review of recruitment policies.
•95% hiring done through direct sourcing methods
