• Lifeguard Management, Morning Brief and team fitness & technique training. Assigning Lifeguards to beaches and pool / giving theme appropriate guidance according to assigned station SOP.
• Operations
Assist The General Manager (GM)./ Work As a Deputy Manager, Take Over When The GM Is Not Available And Share In Their Responsibilities / Motivate Staff / Handle Administrative Duties / Perform Human Resource Tasks, Such As Recruiting And Assessing Staff Performance / Maintain Quality Standards.
• Sports Academy’s Revenue
Participates In The Development Of Annual Operating Budgets Of Swimming, Tennis & Other Academies And Provides Fiscal Direction To The Unit. Generate Monthly Targets To Achieve Quarterly / Annually Budgets.
• Develop and Maintain Budget
Recreation Programs Budgets/Financial and Program reports/ Programs cost / participant Numbers and Equipment and Facility Use / Monthly P&L Review.
• Plan Programs
Programs must be Planed and Implemented according to the requirements such as variety of Sport’s activities and Cultural Programs that attract members/Guest.
• Implement Programs
All programs must be implemented in consistent manner such as Schedules instructions for Activities / facilities/ new Staff recruitment/Training oversee staff / Volunteers and Staff Appraisal.
• Promote Activities
Utilizing recreation Software for online Registration and targeted flyers /Postcards for the Events and discounts /free trial Class.
• Safety & Security
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security / overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments / ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Sports Academy’s Revenue Participates In Development Of Annual Operating Budgets Of Swimming, Tennis & Other Academies And Provides Fiscal Direction To The Unit. Weekly monthly 1to1 with the teams to Generate Monthly Targets to Achieve Quarterly / Annually Budgets (has achieved over 1.5millon).
• Programs & Sportzone Operation, Planning and implementing programs according to the requirements such as variety of Kids Sport’s Camps, Indoor sport tournaments (Cricket, Football, Basketball...etc.), Activities Cultural Programs that attract members & Guests and other indoor & outdoor activities.
• Develop and Maintain Budget 1.2.1 with HODs & staff to ensure we meet all budgeted revenue targets and over achieving /Doing all the reports such as Financial and Program reports, Programs cost, participant Numbers and Equipment and Facility Use / Monthly P&L Review with HODs.
G.C.E. in ordinary level examination: 2004 * G.C.E.in Advanced level: 2007: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
