-cleaning and maintenance of ball mills.
-operation of Simultaneous Thermal Analyser (STA).
-glovebox operations.
-polishing and study of micro-structures of different metals, alloys and ceramics.

Job Responsibilities
• Determines the processes, identifies the materials and supplies to be used, and designs and builds appropriate fixtures necessary for efficient and cost effective manufacturing
• Confer with customers and engineering staff concerning product design and tooling to insure efficient production methods
• Confer with vendors to determine part specifications and recommends the purchase of equipment and materials used in manufacturing and production
• Establishes bills of material

• Logo embossing dies for Hyundai resonator parts
• Blanking dies construction of resonator inner and outer skin using standard MISUMI parts
• Piercing die construction of resonator inner tube using standard MISUMI parts, with 532 holes of 3.6 diameter
• Blanking dies design
• Progressive die designing for various automotive parts
• Compound dies construction
• Welding fixtures for spot welding
