Part of the extended team responsible for interacting with client for architecting, designing and implementing
solutions to customers, supporting various activities that include:
* Engage actively with customers and vendors, share and implement Solutions Roadmap, architect for
various requirements/standards end to end.
* Implementing SOC for the clients and delivering the roadmaps, teams and hierarchy flow of SOC.
* Be able to identify gaps in existing architecture setup and recommend strategies using a combination
of industry-standard security best practices, software controls and other necessary changes to promote
a higher level of information security practices.
* Write formal engagement reports, architecture designs, optimization guides and best-practice white
papers covering a variety of solutions within portfolio.
* Closely working malware mitigation, isolating and analyzing the trends.
* Creating ruleset against the behavior of the malware and remediating solution.
* Provide technical expertise through technical and product presentations, product demonstrations, Pilot
implementations, beta program administration, consistent communication, and on-going technical
consultation
* Assess Enterprise on Information Security framework and business impact analysis.
* Implement and manage any one or more of the following technologies: McAfee ePO, SIEM, Data Loss
Prevention (DLP), Websense DLP DSS, Network Data Loss Prevention (NDLP), Antivirus, Encryption,
Mobile Security (MDM)
* Participate in conference calls, onsite meetings and roundtables with customers, sales, internal product
development and support to gather data, scope new and existing work, evaluate or suggest new product
features and assist in resolving existing product issues.
* Recognize and generate potential product and consulting services sales leads when appropriate and
necessary.
* Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with customers to drive customer satisfaction by
proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online, and via
telephone
* Deliver corporate trainings to customers and partners

Project Lead for

Configuring and Managing the various reporting in ePO. Making sure that reporting works fine in all
Auto response created and troubleshooting all reporting issues.
* Configuring and managing the all Endpoint Encryption for files and folders products.
* Troubleshooting of Various Version Safeboot and Encryption issue with recovering the data with various
bootdisk methods.
* Deploy comprehensive SIEM architecture to support real-time security monitoring operations
* Provide SIEM support to manage SIEM components, IDS/IPS, parsing/normalization of logs, rule engine,
log storage, data sources, log collection and event monitoring
* Creation and finetuning of event correlation rules.
* Integration of critical assets with SIEM.
* Report creation and analysis.
* Validate the existing rules and provide recommendation on fine tuning the rules.
* Create incident management process for SIEM alerts.
* Create filter rules to reduce false-positive alerts.

Checking achievements for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
* Conducting weekly meeting on performance and to check quality of work and improvements and new
agent to get execute to meet our excellence and support level in high.
* Conducting and providing training to a new hires to our department to download all best effort
practices and real time scenarios.
