• Sourcing and screening high potential candidates from junior to leadership levels.
• Managing junior recruiters and ensure candidate pipe line is as per target in ATS tools.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across levels and functions for the India region contains 8 branchs.
• Work with the leadership team to build a clear understanding of roles and job descriptions.
• Provide advice based on market insights to improve search efficiency. Maintain high levels of market knowledge on competitors and high-performing employees within competition.
• Generate a strong candidate pipeline by effectively leveraging internal references and external sources of recruitment like job portals, expertise forums, networking and social media.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude through proper and detailed probes.
• Manage all interviewing rounds and work effectively with leaders at all levels to ensure on time delivery.
• Ensure parity in fitment, negotiating with potential hires and offer roll out.
• Maintain ongoing relationship with candidate and ensure low levels of offer renege.
• Provide recruitment reports and take actions to continuously improve the process
• Updating recruitment tracking in ZOHO CRM and MIS
• Gathering the requirements from different Business Heads and Sr. Project Managers to fulfill resource requirements. Responsible for handling Onsite end to end IT requirement, offsite Recruitment's and internal company talent management and HR operations. • Responsible for identifying/sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and placing IT professionals for offshore and onsite location. (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, US UK healcare, Cerner, etc Hiring for UAE) • Source candidates through existing database and contacts, reference and direct recruiting and posting on job boards like Naukri.com, naukrigulf, Bayt.com. • to arrange internal between onsite and offsite transfer for project need accordingly. • Talent Management, in-house recruiting for internal operations comprised of corporate headquarters in Dubai and two subsidiary in Abu Dhabi and India, (A Microsoft and SAP Partners) which was not limited to coordinating with business heads in overseas to discern workforce needs. • Key role in planning and implementation of employment processes and their improvement for offshore center and backing up joiners for immediate appointments. • Management of processes with respect to Service level agreement, Operational level agreement and quality guidelines, Familiar with recruitment metrics. • Understanding RFI document and scope of work, working closely with Higher management and providing resources, cost estimation and duration for contract positions and other details as requested.

Summary:
Responsible for complete End to End recruitment of onsite (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), offshore and client’s recruitment for various technologies. (Started with single contributor played complete recruitment role in building offshore team in Bangalore successfully completed 50+ onboarding for offshore and 30 onboarding for onsite location(UAE)).
Key Accomplishments:

Responsibilities
Initial assessment with the Client to formulate criteria for candidate selection, obtaining clear understanding of the company’s business structure, corporate background, requirements of the job position, company culture, Remuneration and location
To screen through and review resumes for purpose of selecting and identifying suitable qualified candidates for preliminary interviews and Preparation and delivery of interview reports for Client.
Verification of candidates references, when requested by the Client, Co-coordinating and liaising with Clients and selected applicants to prepare require documents to start immigration/employment visa process.
Assisting Client and Selected candidate in Preparationdocuments as required by Consulate or High commission of relevant country to obtain working visa and to obtain permissions to entry other country.
Preparation of Invoice for placement fee following previously made agreement and schedule the payment dates. Communicating with client totake placed candidate feedback and performance and enquire other new positions.
