Visit construction sites, finished houses etc. to verify and confirm physical existence of the property, to verify and confirm specification of the material used and overall quality of the construction or structure
Valuation of real estate projects/property and checking the compliances with respect to guidelines of competent authorities.
Review construction estimate with respect to drawing, specification, and prevailing market value and certify construction cost.

Cost budgeting - Estimating the differences in budget i.e. between estimated cost &
actual execution cost.
Checking & Verification of various approved architectural details such as Plinth area,
Built up area, No of rooms, height of building, Materials, Measurements & etc as per
site & its certification.
Managed site department supervising a staff of 25 people with responsibility in road construction (NH 63).
Checking and Execution of layout, re-inforcement, shuttering works, masonry (brick and block) and plastering.
Reporting of problems in drawings and in execution at the site to the senior site engineer
Ensuring safety of men & materials at site.
Preparation of daily labour report and daily progress report
Sub-contractor management and analyses of resource requirements and analysis of works to be completed on daily basis.
Preparation and Checking of contractor’s bill.
Checking the quality of work carried out at site on daily basis.
