* Management of new/improvement projects towards timely, effective & efficient implementation
and commissioning of equipment/process/product
* Guiding production team w.r.t efficient planning, resolving online process/ Quality issues &
producing Quality products with planned quantity in right time
* Optimization of the production parameters to have consistent quality product
* Optimize product yield & wastage to maximize the contribution of profitability of the Almarai
operation
* Ensuring products produced at Dairy & Bakery will be released on first time without any quality
defects by proactively conducting daily inspections and audits
* Verification and validation of new equipment's, process and products investigations of major
consumer complaints from the market and accurate root cause analysis and ensure corrective
actions are put in place to eliminate recurrence
* Conduct HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment) for all plant related projects and plant
modifications
* Managing the Quality control team by ensuring that physical, chemical and microbiological tests
are conducted consistently and accurately according to sampling and testing regime
* Manage the site laundry to ensure that a ready supply of clean overall is available to all the staff
* Supervise the pest control activities and coordinating with the pest control contractor
Worked as a ‘Production Executive’ in the Global Green Company Ltd., Bangalore, India, which is a 100% export oriented unit

Production planning & execution
Shift wise manpower indenting & handing of 50 manpower/shift
Controlling & minimizing wastage of product, ingredients, consumables etc.

Achievements:
Increased the output of jar pasteurizer by 10% by reducing the residence time thereby increasing the productivity, decreasing the cost of steam per jar, decreasing the ‘ F0’ value of the product from 2.2 - 1.0 & saved 2500 US $/month
Awarded the best ‘ Production Executive’ of the year 2005 for achieving highest production in my shift, maintaining good hygiene, GMP, Health & Safety and discipline of employees
