 Sending inquiries for the purpose of procuring materials as per the approved vendor’s list of the Client, for the projects.
 Reviewing offers and preparing commercial comparisons.
 Negotiations on pricing and delivery to maintain project budgets & schedules.
 Purchase order preparation and placement, follow-up on approval, production and material readiness.
 Processing of Letter of Credits, follow-up with respective banks for the establishments, Invoice handling.
 Undertaking shipping formalities by arranging freight forwarders as per order requirements.
 Ensuring proper documentation as per Customs requirements and Letter of Credit.
 Follow-up on customs clearance and final delivery.
 Providing material prices for Tendering Department for obtaining prices for the materials involved.
 Additionally handled Insurance requirements for the Projects.
