Heading the Finance and Accounts Department of the group reporting to Chairman, looking after Budgeting, Forecasting, Banking, Loan Restructuring, LC, BG, Cash Flow, MIS, VAT, External Audit, Software and IT Related Matters, Payroll, Joint Venture, all group insurance, meeting and follow up with all stake holders. Restructured bank loans, reduced audit fees by 70% saving AED 300K, IT service saved 20%, Software change saving around AED 400K in five year, arranged USD 10 Million funding from private investors for green energy division.

Spearheading the Finance and Accounts functions of the major group companies

Role and Responsibilities: Worked as Manager Accounts of Free Zone and LLC Company reporting to the CEO and to control the finance and accounts department directly which involved MIS reporting, external audit, bank, cash flow, payroll, and control of working capital management receivables, payables stock etc.
And also managed sales, export, import stores, and customer service as the departments took my initial approval before proceeding higher management approval for sales (credit terms), signing of invoices, purchase ( re order level) etc.
