Automotive Dealer Management System is a bundled management information system developed in-house by Al Mulla Group IT specifically for Al Mulla’s automotive division dealing with multiple franchises like Mitsubishi, FUSO, CMC, and FOTON auto dealership. The system caters to the needs of the Finance, Sales, Parts, Inventory & Service components of running the dealership. The system is also integrated with the latest technology of mobile, web & PDA platforms.
Detailed Job Role
Conducted requirements analysis, testing and preparing proposals for new & change systems.
System design, Database design (RDBMS), Development, Implementation & on call Support.
Developed innovative system solutions to support business objectives.
Prepared and presented proposals and presentations for clients.
Mapped and documented interfaces between DMS and newer technology systems.
Coordinate with an external/offshore development company for offshore developments.
Provided support for change control and system updates.
Collaborated with developer’s testers and end users to ensure technical compatibility.
Developing Continuous Support & solutions for existing products and systems as per business needs
System Integration/Migrations: Work closely with business community & developers to iron out data defects involving the transition of interfacing programs by engaging in-house testing and end-to-end testing.

BSMS-Business Strategy Management System is a Complete ERP Suite, which includes Sales Order Registration, Production Planning, Procurement, Execution, MWS (Material Sent to Vendor for Various Process), Sales, Atomized Consignment Booking.
The ERP is integrated with the Finance System with online data posting into Finnacle (Financial Accounting Software). There are Various Effective MIS generated for Order Booking, Procurement, Production and Planning and Sales in line with the requirements of the Business.
The system generates all statutory reports related to Excise and Sales Tax. Also generates month end statements and online statements for statutory auditing.
The ERP Suite is implemented in two different manufacturing factories, Standard System Division-Hosur-Tamil Nadu and Consumer Product Division -Goa, of Ion Exchange (India) Ltd.
