identifying training needs for skill / competency up-gradation
General Administration:
Heading the entire gamut of general administrative encompassing technical, transportation &
housekeeping operations; finalizing service agreements & facility plans in association with
contractors for deploying tasks consistent withthe pre-set budgets
Working on visa letter, visa registration, bill processing and so on
Shouldering the responsibility of creating annual / quarterly budgets & annual plans for
handling facilities consistent with organizational requirements, and managing cost-efficient
procurement of material
Ensured fiscal prudence for timely budgeting, planning, procurement/ purchase schedules;
delivering extensive support in managing fleet, cafeteria, festivals as well as renewal of AMCs
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar
activities for supervisors, which also includes travel and lodging arrangements
Rendering support in maintaining Purchases (Imports/ Procurement & Local buys) and
ensuring timely custom clearance of the logistics for uninterrupted operations
Chalking out and executing housekeeping policies as well as standardized systems / processes
Establishing & implementing departmental SOP’s, procedures & control systems and sustaining
optimum quality standards; ensuring significant cost savings in operations
Directing and supervising huge manpower, delivered extensive training them into a cohesive

into any organization during Assignments
Providing strategic leadership focused on value delivery, system reliability, efficiency/cost
control, training, budget/project planning and resource management
Guaranteeing smooth management of daily administrative (transportation, travel &
accommodation, cafeteria) activities, housekeeping, inventory control & maintenance (planned
/ preventive) for owned infrastructure vendor
