Providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to Cisco Customers. Currently working for Enterprise customers based out of US South region. Provides support on operation and optimization, reviewing the network performance, primarily on the Routing & Switching practice. Have worked on Different Enterprise platforms \[Nexus 7K, Nexus 5K, 6500 etc\] on Feature Support, release strategy, Code Certification, risk analysis etc. This includes remote or on-site: deployment support, software strategy, performance engineering and optimization, knowledge transfer and mentoring, testing, network auditing, pre-configuration etc. Gives technical guidance to customers and internal parties as required.

Part of ERS8600 Testing Team of Nortel. Team deals with Product Verification testing of ERS 8600 Switch Series. Involved in CR Verification for the Different Releases Given By the Development Team. Has Worked with Layer 2 features like STP, VLans and Layer 3 Protocols RIP, OSPF etc. Also worked with Nortel Proprietary Features like MLT.

Taken part in the initial team building activities like Recruitment and KT, training new Engineers etc for the Technology as well as the Process related.
KT management Using Rational Portfolio Manager
Has been part of the recruitment Panel which hired around 100 Engineers.
was part of IOS-WAN Testing Team deals with Feature testing of various IOS Functionalities over Edge Technologies such as VPDN, BBA, L2VPN etc .Started as a Member Technical Staff and was later promoted as Lead Engineer.
My Role
Performing automated testing on WAN features like Frame-Relay, L2VPN and Broadband Features like PPPoE, L2TP etc with different IOS releases majorly on Edge platforms like 7200 Series, 7500 Series and mid-range platforms 3600 Series. This Includes testing Images on Specific IOS Branch which is Under Development and also Bug Fix Verification
Performing debugging, analysis and report generation of IOS Images.
Identifying IOS Defects and providing support till resolutions.
Reproducing the issues when the Development team wants support
Debugging of TCL Scripts when script Issues are found during Feature Testing.
Designing and Reviewing New Testbed Topologies
Leading the offshore team for VPDN/BBA Domain Area.
Mentoring startup trainee with Minimum training module before person gets inducted to the project
