Responsibilities involved were
 Create a structure for bidding of Vessel cleaning activity.
 Create a structure for bidding of thermal insulation works for pipeline.
 Planning and Scheduling of Shut-Down activities.
 Planning of Plant Start up activities.
 Scheduling and Co-coordinating of Subcontractor and Vendor Support.
 Assist in generating P&I diagrams for instrument air line.
 Assign works to the Sub-contractors and monitor & guide them to complete the work within the time line.

 Exposure to ASME B36.10(welded and seamless wrought steel pipes), B31.3(process piping), B16.5 (flanges).

Worked as Maintenance Engineer in MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS, Kaifan, under a subcontracting company named, TRI ALPHA from 4.06.2010 to 01.03.2011.
Responsibilities involved were
 To prepare the schedule for daily maintenance of machines and assign the work to the right team.
 Observe the maintenance procedures of the team and guide them in accordance to the standard procedures recommended by the ministry.
 Inspect and ensure the jobs assigned are successfully completed and documented correctly.
 To check the performance of the team and rearrange/dissolve the team for higher efficiency.
 Ensure that the works are done in accordance with the quality and safety procedures.
 Cross check if the target for the month is achieved or not, and do the necessity.
 Coordinate with the repair team and provide help to avoid pending.
 Ensure that the entire team gets the proper training and knowledge of how and why the machines operate.

Worked as Workshop Engineer in UNIBETON READY MIX, a very reputed firm in the Middle East a member of the AL FARAA groups, from 16.03.2008 to 08.07.2009.
Responsibilities involved were
 To prepare and obtain results on annual turnaround mechanical maintenance schedule for all vehicles concerned and ensure that the job is done as per the operational conditions required.
 Prepare and observe the implementation of standard operating procedures for preventive maintenance and mechanical breakdowns.
 Inspect and ensure the job cards are documented correctly.
 Plan and monitor the stock level for fast moving spare parts assuring its continuous availability.
 Ensure that the works are done in accordance with the quality and safety procedures.
 Scheduling of shifts and allocation of manpower to sites depending upon production.
 Enhance the skills and competencies of self and reporting staff in house thru H.R.
 To coordinate between stores / purchasing / and all workshops for the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain areas.

Worked as an ASSISTANT ENGINEER in VILAVINAL INDUSTRIES, a small scale industry, from 01.08.2006 to 30.11.2007
Responsibilities involved were
 Mechanical Designing, Quantity Survey and General Co-ordination with the Fabrication Shop.
 Preparation of Detailed Estimates and approximate completion period.
 Manpower scheduling and shift allocation.
 Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for manufacturing.
 Analyzing outcomes and writing a detailed progress and ensure the minimum production per day is attained.
 Plan and monitor the availability of fast moving parts and assuring its continuous availability.

Design of Floating Roof Type Storage Tank for Superior Kerosene, this project was done in Kochi Refineries Limited, a central government firm. Gained an exposure to API 650 standards. The concern was shell designing and course erecting. The design capacity was 12000KL with an internal diameter of 36m. The design was done in a period of 3 weeks, from 06.02.2006 to 24.02.2006.
