Key responsibilities:
• Preparing detailed schedule with all project phases and involved dependencies
including detailed network design drawings, material procurement, installation, test and
turn-up and site and system acceptance.
• Attending project Meetings.
• Designing and Installation of Structured Cabling, AV, CCTV & ACS Project and
managing overall project execution.
• Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Minimizing challenges and risk on project implementation.
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project schedule, executing project work plans
and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Responsible to track project changes and produce updated site based schedule as agreed
with project management.
• Preparing detailed project completion reports with test reports and tasks accomplished
over the period.
Part of the Site Services team which includes planning, surveying, coordinating with different department for finalizing the work execution, updating report to concerned department, monitoring progress of work and keeping track of material consumption and Preparing documentations.
• Installation and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control System & IDS System.
• Installation and commissioning of Audio Visual Projects like BGM, PA System, Conference and meeting room integration system.
Part of the Technical team which includes planning, surveying, coordinating with different department for finalizing the work execution, updating report to concerned department, monitoring progress of work and keeping track of material consumption and Preparing documentations.
• Installation and commissioning of CCTV and Access Control System.
• Installation and commissioning of Audio Visual Projects like BGM, PA System, Conference and meeting room integration system, Tanberg and Polycom Video conference system.
• Worked as a Customer Support Engineer in the Sales and Service section of Prologix Computer LLC, Dubai from January 2008 to June 2008.
• Configuring Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Assembling PC’s & giving proper maintenance for PC’s.
• Installing LAN and directory maintenance
• Have good skills in all Windows Operating Systems, especially Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP Professional.
• Troubleshooting the PC’s
• Master of Science in Electronics degree from M. G University, Kerala in the year 2004.
• Bachelor of Science in Electronics Degree from Kerala University in the year 2000.
