Responsible for overseeing the delivery and maintenance of mobile apps and websites. Working with all members of the team (Onshore/Offshore) to plan tasks, prioritize work, manage QA and releases. Following scrum guidelines to manage operations and projects. Day to day tasks include
•Solution Designing - help design and build application, define data and technology specifications
•Solution Implementation - responsible for end to end solution delivery for technology projects on agreed time, budget & quality
•Creates and maintains project documentation such as estimates, plans, statements of work, status reports (internal and external), change requests, service requests
•Coding and Configuration - oversight of the processes with automated build & testing processes
•Developing RAID logs for clear understanding of all existing data requirements for web and mobile
•Application Roadmap - support build out of new business solutions & evolution of existing functionalities ensuring they tie into the approved business & technology roadmap
•Driving project development strategy with all stakeholders
•Web & Mobile SPOC for onshore and offshore
•Be involved in all aspects of the application life cycle, including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation, and support of digital systems

Developed and maintain websites for Emaar and associated groups. Helping senior management to perform short- and long-term digital planning and analysis. Day to day tasks include
•Overseeing overall development life cycle of websites and other internal web applications
•Provide end-to-end digital project management for multiple concurrent internal projects
•Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital projects for Emaar including emaar.com, addresshotels.com, vidahotels.com, burjkhalifa.ae etc.

•Develop, test and enhance the solution with proper documentation
