Installing new software and hardware, overseeing security of all systems and especially securing the internet, fixing network faults, training staffs and students on new system, day to day admin and monitoring of network use, planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to university problems.

Job Description: Specialized Software transcriber, usually called as transcriptionist, listen to the video or audio recordings and type the spoken content with the help of Aegisub software. Transcriptionists often specialize in a field such as educational or Animated (media) transcriptionists because of the unique terminology used in each profession. As a team leader for software transcriptionists check the quality of it, check the integrity of the video. And ensuring the background matches with the content.
It is a range of service to assist customers in making cost effective and correct use of a product. Addressing and solving the needs and problems of the customers. We communicate mostly with the people from USA, UK, and Canada and from most of the countries.
