Now i am presently working in a Al-ahssa Food processing and feed mill Industry from June 2014 to still present as Mechanical Technician/Plant Maintenance Mechanic, machine operations, Welder(Tig welding and arc welding)


Role and Responsibilities:
1. To carry maintenance of thermo forming machine \[vacuum packing machine\]. Dates is the product 0f our company. We r making 50gm dates packing, 500 gm dates packing and 1kg date packing.
2. To carry maintenance and repairs of Date Syrup Plant.\[Micro filter, centrifuge separator, pumps, gear boxes, motor, valve etc.,
3. To carry maintenance and repairs of bottle filling machine, vertical packaging machine (maintenance and operating), pillow type vertical packing machine (maintenance and operating), packaging and sealing machine, printers (linx, vedio jet) using for labeling, automatic pasting machine, paste grinder machine, sealing machine, Thermo forming machine (maintenance and operating), Date printing machine(jet printer linx, vedio jet), bar code shrink wrapping machine, chocolate coating machine, automatic chocolate packing machine, dates sorting machine (maintenance and operating), fancy machine, Washing machine, tray cleaning machine etc.,
4. To carry maintenance and repairs seeds crusher machine (hammer mill machine). We r making seeds powder for animal feed.
5. To carry maintenance and operating of wet tissue packing machine(four side sealing and back side sealing)
6. To carry maintenance of Boiler \[5000 lit/hr, 2500 lit/hr capacity\].
7. To carry maintenance compressor like reciprocating, centrifugal and screw type air compressor.
8. To carry maintenance and repairs of pump like Centrifugal type of pump, water pump, actuators blowers, fans, motor, valves like gate valve, chuck valve, butter fly valve, globe valve, diagpram valve, needle valve, ball valve etc., .
9. To carry maintenance of conveyer belt, screw conveyor, agitator, alignment of shaft, bearing fitting, mechanical seals etc.,
10. Modifications in machineries and conveyor belts.
11. To carry other works like arc welding, tig welding, gas welding, drilling, taping, grinding, etc.,
12. To attend the breakdown of the machine.
13. At any time attend the emergency call for duty which is related to the mechanical related.
14. To maintain the preventive maintenance of the machine.
15. To remove and replacing the worn-out parts of the machine.
16. To order the machine spare parts from the supplier.
17. To daily general chucking of the machine.
18. To take care of machine equipments.
19. To handle proper management of machine spare parts.
20. Prepare the maintenance work report.
21. To maintain spare parts management for inventory
22. To maintain the ISO documents.
