Employee Relation
1) Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
2) They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
3) They are expected to stop all type of rumors and misleading communications.
4) They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
• Managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts which includes on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, full interaction with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance.
• Looking after P&L
• Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.
• Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards.
• Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant.
• Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant.
• Maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times.
• Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality.
• Lead and live by passion, respect, integrity, determination, and excellence.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all members and guests and handle
complaints, requests and enquiries.
• To be fully conversant with all Goodwood Group products and services.
