Enhancing the infrastructure and ensuring Continuous availability of licenses, file systems, support along with maintaining, analyzing,
troubleshooting and repairing server systems.
Monitoring update failures and lock entries, configuring management system and moving the application and overseeing installation, patching, configuration, storage, backup, maintenance, documentation and procurement of all IT devices.
Registering and classifying received incidents and undertaking immediate effort to restore failed IT service as quickly as possible.
Providing day to day 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to end users and IT service users, network and servers and maintaining complex hardware and software environment and performing the daily system administration tasks.
Contributing significantly in managing, sustaining and installing new software updates, system upgrades and resolution of software related problems.
Managing initial assessment of urgency and business impact of all support calls user’s issue and service within a reasonable timeframe.
Handling CUG accounts and plans, regularly reviewing performance and trends in response to incidents, generated aging report and providing recommendations to the Management for service improvement.
Executing the networking a group of computers in and other environment using CISCO Routers (2800, 1841, 877, 887series) while installing the hubs, switches, desktop computers and network printers.
Providing timely implementation of remote connectivity, configuring routers, switches, troubleshooting problems pertaining to
performance tuning, network administration, application conflicts and system bugs.
Monitoring IT Service management process and catalyzing realignments to make the system more effective and organizing various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance.
Travelling across local, regional customer sites and support for troubleshooting network related problems and implementing new hardware and software.
