Responsible to identify and develop opportunities into business for new Products. Search & shortlist products & vendors, liaise with all stake holders, assess Markets potential, launch the product & generate additional Sales thru sales teams - Retail & Projects.
Responsible to identify and develop new Exports Markets & generate Project Sales by Specifications & selling to large projects in government & institutional sales.
Stabilise the operations of existing exports markets, project sales and contribute to production planning while managing receivables.
Coordinate with Marketing for the exhibitions / trade fairs / pilots / international events.
Supply and Apply of Building Material Products and Service. An “On Call” concept for the services like Painting, Carpentry, Electrical & Plumbing.

Partner Manager of Inchman Home Services Pvt., responsible in providing the direction to the team and providing support to the functions.
Conceptualising the franchisee guidelines and scouting for new tie ups with suppliers & companies.
Administering and managing the revenues and devising new revenue streams. Liaison with government bodies, NGOs, Skill Development Institutes and employment promotion institutions for ensuring continuous supply of skilled manpower.
Scrutinising the customer feedback and work completion. Generating repeat customers. Implementation of initiatives and business.
