Primary role as Assistant Manager Network/Security Engineer maintaining complete operation and leading NOC support for Dubal Network infrastructure consist of 8 core 6500 switches, 16 distribution 4500 and 600 access layers device total of 1600 network devices includes security devices like fortigate, Cisco ASA, Bluecoat, Palo alto, F5 APM and LTM, Cisco ACE etc
Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
Implementation of new solutions & improving resilience of the current environment
Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades
undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments
securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
the support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy
reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information and managing projects
upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases
configuration of routing, switching, wireless, security and proxy equipment
liaising with project management team, 3rd line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.
Incident, change and problem management
Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 support for 650+ ATMs network devices and services, 10000+ Point of sale terminals ( Network International) and their services.
Serve as a point of contact for ATM network problem resolution / Point-of-Sales (POS) terminal.
Network Infrastructure support of Credit Card related services link omnipay, VISA, Mastercard, DCC and etc.
Direct and perform routine and non-routine tasks for daily operations of enterprise network devices and services, ATMs & Branch network Devices
Providing Network Support to the EBI, NBD and EIB ATM Machines.(650 ATMs)
Troubleshooting Frame Relay, LL, MPLS, ISDN and GPRS WAN technologies.
Configuring and Troubleshooting IP Sec and GRE.
Coordinating with Etisalat and Du for network related issues. ( UAE ISP’s)
Maintaining and record the call outage for every machine and Submits complete and correct reports.
Hands-on experience on Cisco works, Cisco Tacacs server.
Troubleshooting network routing issue.
Perform configuration changes on the routers and hardening the security policy as per the bank instruction.
To understand the standard for each ATM environment and to follow the instruction from the senior members of the company.

• Hands on experience on Avaya Gateways 350, 450, 650 and 700
• Good knowledge on IP telephony architecture LSP, SLS, ESS and station Only
• Hands on experience on Polycom Video conference, RMX, CMA, Cisco Tandberg
• Hands on experience on Cypertech Myna voice recorder and Avaya AES server
* BOYD, Airwatch, BB10 (Blackberry) other new projects
Providing IT & Network Related support for the Customers.
Hardware troubleshooting for IBM Servers, desktop and Laptop.
Installation of the Windows XP Pro, Vista and all kind of software.
Configuration of the outlook express and Microsoft outlook.
Configuration of RAID 0, 1 and 5 on IBM server
