Working as Sr.Executive Inventory & Procurement in Central Parts Department, Saudi Arabia, I am taking care of the whole procurement and Logistics activities of parts, in Saudi Arabia. . Monitoring the parts movement in the whole Saudi region .Supporting the Parts Manager in analyzing the Parts sales and planning of inventory, appointing vendors, analyzing and confirming the quotations, negotiating with the vendors and ordering of parts. Costing and pricing of parts, communications with the vendors and the freight forwarders.Supervising parts inward and outward in the Central Parts Department warehouse.
Establishing schedules to maintain uniform workload among Purchasing Department employees.
Monitoring the Stock status and analyzing the parts requirements.
Vendor list preparation, vendor applications and updates,
Analyzing written and telephone quotations from vendors.
Cost analysis and selection of products and vendors consistent with existing policies and procedures.
Preparing order requisitions and Purchase orders.
Recommend cancellation of orders and contracts for non-compliance and non-performance.
Correspondence with the vendors and the freight and clearing agents and the follow up.
Costing of parts received.
compilation of surplus equipment lists, and contract and records files maintenance.
Coordinate all day-to-day office functions.
Outdoor sales & Marketing of parts in two districts of Kerala.( Trissure & Palakkad)
Customer care and after sale service.
Market Study and reports on competitor activities.
Seasonal sales analysis and sales forecast.
Communications with principals regarding after sale services and warranty issues.
Launching and initial marketing of new products.
