In this role
I am currently engaged in supporting CITI Bank for the EAP Production Support Project, where I ensure the stability and performance of critical systems. My role encompasses end-to-end support (L1, L2, & L3) for the Hadoop environment, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
