 Procurement and logistics management of materials used in the central office and in the Physical Rehabilitation Centers at partners’ level
 Assessment of partners capacity in logistics and procurement management and conduct orientation and training for capacity development in same field
 Handle national and international procurement as and when necessary
 Ensure the internal purchasing procedures and donor purchasing procedures are followed by partner organization and all purchases are made in a transparent, correct and competitive manner
 Support partner organizations on getting exemption of custom duty on import goods from abroad
 Ensure a good quality system of inventory for office and for all partner organizations
 Fulfill inventory/stock balances as per donor requirement
 Conduct physical verification on timely basis
 Ensure all records are kept up to date and in compliance with Handicap international rules and regulations as well as donor rules
 Organizing the search for possible buildings for rent, physically checking possible buildings/spaces/properties to see if suitable for the required purpose in the field locations as and when necessary
 Ensure all rented premises and contents (equipment, fixtures and furnishings) are in proper running condition
 Ensure efficient running condition of all means of communications and timely update and back up of database system
 Support for any house/center/office specific reparation (electrical, water, building problems renovation etc. )
 Ensure safety and security of all the rented properties including main office/store/expat’s housing, vehicle etc.
 Reporting of related jobs on scheduled time and as and when deemed necessary
 Perform other jobs related to procurement, logistics and supply chain management

Management and Planning
• Preparation of PCMT (Project Cycle Management Tool) for Procurement Activities
• Overall management of Procurement Activities such as Tendering, Quotation, Vendor listing etc. for an amount more than 150 million NRs, of different donors mainly UNHCR, UNWFP and CARITAS International Organizations.

• Maintain the records of agreements, validities and reports
• Participate in budgetary discussion with the donors
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly/half yearly, quarterly, annual narrative/financial reports to submit to the donors and other reports as and when required
2. Coordination
• Coordinate with finance, Stores, Programme and other related sections for effective utilization of the funds available for the programme
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely supply of required materials ensuring the quality and at competitive prices
3. Office Management
• Overall management of office building, premises and Store house for smooth functioning
• Makes necessary arrangements for the supply of required materials to all the sections for uninterrupted services
• Take cares for the repair and maintenance of Office building, Office Equipments, Project Vehicles, Furniture and others as and when deemed necessary in coordination with concern section
4. Staff Welfare Management
• Manages and coordinates staff welfare activities of the office staff as and when deemed necessary with the coordination and direction of the Field Director
• Responsible for managing, coordinating and supervising different co-curricular activities in the Field Schools organized by Caritas Nepal, Sub-Office
5. Meeting
• Attends Weekly Administrative meeting, general staff meeting, donor budget meeting, Store In charges meeting, Head Teachers meeting, Sector/Extension In-charges meeting as and when necessary.

• Plan, design, develop and select the appropriate Vocational Training Programme for the refugee youth and locals
• Design, develop and update the criteria for the selection of trainees for Vocational Training.
