Timekeepers, also known as payroll assistants or clerks, support payroll department activities and efficiency by gathering and entering employee time and wage data within the department’s time management system. In addition, timekeepers manage benefit and withholding data for employees to ensure that taxes and other withholdings are properly calculated for each payroll period. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage strict deadlines for payroll processing and submission to ensure that paychecks are issued on time. Timekeepers also play a central role in compliance and fraud detection, carefully reviewing time submissions and alerting their department heads to inconsistences or discrepancies in time reporting.

Managing 5 subcontractors’ Project wide packages (Mashrabiya Screens works, Expansion Joint cover,
Mandarin Hotel Balustrade, Doors, Windows and etc.).
* Preparation of Prolongation Cost Submission based on the actual cost occurred. Assisting Extension of Claim
Submission.
* Preparing monthly Forecast Report for Sub-Contractors’ packages.
* Preparation and submission of monthly external valuation including Material on & off sites.
* Identifying and quantifying variations submitted through the Engineer’s instructions, revised design
drawings and RFIs.
* After submitting the Change Notice including all relevant documents for substantiation, undertaking
Negotiations with Employer’s Cost Consultant to agree on the value of these variation works.
* Unit rate build-up & prepare back-up documents for variation.
* Preparing Sub-Contract & Service agreements.
* Evaluating payment applications of subcontractors, issuing of subcontractors’ payment certificates.
* Preparing take-off quantity sheets for procurement purpose.
* Joint measurements and meetings with cost consultant & sub-contractors for valuation, variations and final
Account purposes.
* Join with procurement engineer during the Sub-Contractor’s pre-let meetings as
