Responsible for the Site QA/QC Issue, Like: Project Quality Plan and Project Quality Procedure,
Clients Coordination QA/QC Meeting, QA/QC Inspectors documents submittal to clients for review and approvals before performing the work execution as per Saudi Aramco Engineering standard. Incoming and outgoing communication, Controlling of Materials and Calibration of testing equipment logs, Inspection logs as per clients or sub -contractors ITP Submitted to JCC for review and approvals.
Monitoring and response of LBE, Logbook Entry / Surveillance and NCR., PAR Preventive Action Report.
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report and shall be submitted to clients for review and records.
the absence of QA/QC Site Manager I assume responsibility to established the administration and maintaining the Company Quality System in accordance with International and clients Standards.
Tasks in ensuring that the Quality System is supported by adequate and effective controlling documents.
Assists QA/QC Site Manager for the supervision of Audits and the preparation of the required documents if required by the auditor.
Reports periodically to site immediate superior on the performance of the quality system recommending and implementing remedial actions for Management Review of the clients standard requirements.
Liaises with clients on Quality related matters.
Assists QA/QC Site Manager in the preparation of the departments Project Quality Documents.
Ensuring that adequate trained and experienced staffs are available to fulfill the required tasks.
Review of the Department Training Requirement(if required)
Subcontractor representative for the Training and evaluation of quality control personnel and quality control inspectors.
Member of student council and basketball team , team coach college of electrical engineering department.
Vocational Trade School complete my two years course as Practical Electricity-August-1983
