Power Plant & Utility In charge (13*7 MW= 91 MW Power plant)
Job Responsibilities in Power Plant:
•Power plant report preparation and Analysis for efficiency and improvement.
•Operation of power plant engine and its auxiliary system smoothly to avoid black out and improve the performance of equipments.
•Internal Training (Technical/Non technical) to the plant operation staff whenever needed.
•Suggested Methodologies to Save on Cost Overruns and Minimize Operating Costs.
•Troubleshooting of problems / Breakdown / Blackout happens in power plant.
•Operation of following Plants:
WARTSILA engine ( 13*W18V32, 91 MW)
Oil fired boiler ( 2*1.5 TPH)
Waste Heat Recovery Boiler( WHRB/EGB- 8*1.5 TPH)
Pumps, Compressors, Separator and other Auxiliaries system.
•Additional responsibilities:
Purchase request preparation as per requirement.
Technical and commercial evaluation of quotation.
Man power planning for the additional maintenance.
Communication with other department for smooth running of power plant.
Supervision of major maintenance like 12000 hrs maintenance of WARTSILA engine.
Supervision of major planned maintenance like 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 running hours of wartsila engine and other auxiliary equipments.
Planned maintenance of engine auxiliary system and boilers.
Annual budget preparation for the power plant.
Power plant inventory monitoring.
Job Responsibilities in Utility:
•Utility report preparation and Analysis for efficiency and improvement.
•Operation & Maintenance of Compressors, chillers & sewage treatment plant for the smooth operations of whole plant.
•Internal Training (Technical/Non-technical) to the plant operation staff whenever needed.
•To provide all the support to our internal department for their smooth operations and maintenance.
•Handling the subcontractor for the good housekeeping and plantation work/irrigation.
Power Plant (6*18V32, 2*W9L32, 1*W6L32 = 46.6 MW Power plant)
Job Responsibilities:
•Monitor & Analyze Plant Performance Data for Identifying Problem areas & Rectification thereof.
•Steam and Energy (power plant report) preparation and Analysis for efficiency and improvement.
•Service Forecasting, Scope of Work & Spare Parts finalization for the Power Plant.
•Internal Training (Technical/Non technical) to the plant operation staff whenever needed.
•Supervision of Major Maintenance jobs Like---
4k/8K/12K/24K/36K hours Engine Overhaul and Pump, compressor, separator, Vam/Chiller, Boiler and other auxiliaries system for quality workmanship and completion on time
•Propagated Preventive Maintenance to ensure Optimum Utilization of Power Plants.
•Suggested Methodologies to Save on Cost Overruns and Minimize Operating Costs.
•Maintain a reasonable level of Inventory of spares to avoid exigencies.
•Troubleshooting of any problems / Breakdown / Blackout happens in power plant.
•Operation & Management/Maintenance of following Plants:
WARTSILA Diesel/Gas Engine plants- ( 46.6 MW - 1xW6L32, 2xW9L32, 6x18V32 DF)
Coal/Oil fired boiler plants ( 2 x 12TPH)
Waste Heat Recovery Boiler( WHRB)
VAM/Chillers, Cooling tower Operation ( 3x2.4TR, 6x2.0TR, 1x170TR, 1x3000 TR)
Pumps, Compressors, Separator and other Auxiliaries system

Job Responsibilities:
•Providing support to all after sales functions like: yearly spares budget for all customers, service forecasting, scope and spares finalization, etc.
•Effectively executing safety measures like OHSAS, HIRAC, and LOTO.
•Interacting with the customer regarding technical/ non technical issues.
•Scheduling activities and job for well execution.
•Preventive, Breakdown, schedule maintenance and troubleshooting of Diesel/gas engine/Separator/Pumps/Compressors.
•Handling the manpower and supervising the team.
•Efficiency and Consumption (Fuel, Lube oil) calculation of engine.
•Trained the Customer as well as junior employees for better handling of power plant.
•SOP (Systematic operation procedure) preparation for trouble free operation and maintenance.
•SAFETY Observer at site for safe work environment for team (OHSAS, HIRAC, LOTO).
Managerial knowledge:
•Having good knowledge of Quality system, Safety standard and MIS.
•Team leading with quality work.
•Managing team for the mutual growth.
