PROJECT DURING THE JOB
We have made an advanced Tele-Banking Solution. The project implementation included:
• Network connectivity between three sites via Frame-Relay using Cisco routers and frame-relay switch. We used multi-area OSPF, EIGRP & BGP routing protocols for routing & redistrubute them.
• The Router also acted as a Voice Gateway having Voice Interface Card i.e Foreign Exchange Office Card on which the call is landed from PSTN to be forwarded to CallManager for further call routing.
• Installation & Configuration of Cisco CallManager which was responsible for call processing. Also configured Cisco IP Contact Centre for self service banking using IVR script. We made customized scripts for the IVR flow using the CRS Editor available with IPCC.
This project acted as Final Year Project of my Engineering.
