1. Family Responsibility Office, Ministry of Ontario Province, Canada

Role:

• Timely Delivery of FCMS with 4 drops on par with accepted Quality and Standards for each and every phase.
• A detailed analysis of Integrated Solution Design of Case Management functionality.
• Building the Logical Data Model of various entities used in the system.
• Working on technical areas like Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager, EBCs and Integration.
• Creation of Technical Design for FOAEA SDN, Driver's License Suspension functionalities.
• Functional design creation and review.
• Supporting OBIEE teams for Integration Object creations.
• Design and Development of Enforcement Interface of FOAEA and MTO.
• Creation of Data Dictionary, Unit Test Cases.
• Supporting Siebel - WPS integration during build phase.
• Worked on Multilingual eService, EBCs, Assignment Manager, Workflow Policies, RCRs, and MLOVs.
• Analyzing, debugging and fixing faults raised on Test environments.
• Mentoring new joiners and guiding them in their technical challenges.

2. Department of Work and Pensions, United Kingdom

Role:

• Handling a team of size 20, assigning task, release planning, risk management and executing a release.
• Case Management and Case Assignment solutions for problems raised.
• Leading Problem Management team offshore.
• Estimating the work, maintaining Earned Value matrix.
• Identifying potential risks for project delivery, raising Risks and Issues to highlight project delivery concerns to management.
• Reporting Project metrics like SPI, CPI, BAC, ATD, SPE, ETC to senior management.
• Maintain the Schedule and ensuring SPI & CPI are within allowed limit.
• Conducting the detailed root cause analysis of Incident raised.
• Interacting with cross-tower application leads for resolution of the issue.
• Interacting with onshore Incident Analysis and Problem Management team.
• Propose detailed fix after analysis of issues is complete.
• Technical and functional document update using Microsoft Visio for proposed fix.
• Problem Analysis and Solutions are delivered by adhering to client SLAs.
• Debugging of Problems by analyzing the Siebel Logs, Interface XMLs and Error Logs.
• Attending multi vendor meetings and liaising with them for resolutions.
• Reviewing code quality and process quality of the entire release.

• Handling language translation issues of Partner Portals (eService) of 10 different languages.
• Carrying out Regression Testing post applying fixes.
• Writing client side Business Service, making necessary changes on Personalization of Applets, Smart Scripts.

• Worked on several other functionalities like Technical Line Check, Address Match and Number Reservation.

• As Tech Lead of Engineering Team was helping team for technical challenges.
• Supporting the Application Support Group (L2 team) by providing timely inputs for solving Production issues.
• Use of Agile Methodology during development and test cycles.
• Understanding the business requirements (user stories) and map it to a simplified low level design.
• Coordinating from client location Glasgow, United Kingdom for supporting Business Analysts, Design team and Delivery of the project.
